What supplies do I need for my puppy?
Before you take your puppy home there are some essential supplies you will need to have.
They include: a collar with an identification tag, lead, brush, comb, nail clippers, tooth brush, towels, hard rubber chew toys, stainless steel food and water dishes, a crate, bedding, puppy food and treats.
You should also make sure your house is as puppy proof as you can make it before taking your puppy home. Try to hide any electrical wires or put them out of reach, put away any fragile ornaments or items that will be within easy reach of your puppy and do not leave any food within easy reach. You should also consider getting a baby gate to prevent your puppy going upstairs or into any other rooms unsupervised.
