Pug Puppy

Pug puppies like getting plenty of attention. They are a great breed to have as a companion pet.

The first Pugs to arrive in Europe were brought in by Dutch traders from the Far East around the 17th Century. From the mid to late 19th century Pugs were very popular as pets.

The pug's coat is short and soft meaning it requires little in the way of grooming. Little is needed in the way of exercise compared to some other breeds of dog, even as puppies.

They usually grow to be around 6-8kg. Their coats can be in the colour of apricot, silver, fawn or black and they have a distinguishable wrinkling to the face.
