Bichon Frise Puppy

The Bichon Frise is a toy dog that is generally more lively and playful than many of the toy breeds.

The breed is believed to have originated in France and is probably a descendant from an early water spaniel. Although some believe that sailors brought it back to the Mediterranean from the Canary Islands in the 14th Century.

The Bichon Frise is a good companion dog and, with obedience training, can be very well behaved.

The Bichon Frise does not need too much in the way of exercise. Its coat is delicate and curly and requires regular grooming. An adult will grow to be around 30cm tall.
